Troubleshooting

The calendar administrator manages all shareable calendar links. If you cannot find your calendar link, contact your calendar administrator. If you are the calendar administrator and have lost access to your calendar, see this article for help.

Help: Where are my calendars?

You’ve logged in, but your dashboard doesn’t have the calendars you expected. Here are some reasons that may happen:

  • You access these calendars with a calendar link. Follow the steps above to connect the calendars to your dashboard on the app.
  • Your calendars are connected to a different user account. For example, your work calendars are connected to a user account created with your work email address. If you just signed up using your personal email, the work calendars won’t show up on your dashboard. Instead of creating a new, separate account, add a secondary email (e.g. your personal email address) to the initial account (e.g. your work email).

The Welcome Calendar is a helpful calendar added automatically by the Teamup system for new users. It has a few calendar events with the basic info you need to get started. You can keep it as-is, modify it, or remove it from your dashboard if desired.
