Teamup’s embedding tool makes it easy to embed a Teamup calendar in a website. Adjust the options for a customized look and feel.
Use the Embed Wizard
You’ll need to use a secure (read-only) link to safely embed Teamup in a website.
- Open Teamup in a browser.
- Make sure you have a secure (read-only) link appropriate for embedding. Create one if needed.
- Go to Settings > Integrations.
- Click on Embed Wizard.
- In the Calendar Link menu, select the link you want to use.
- Click Continue.
- The Embed Wizard will open in a new tab:
- Click a menu (Appearance, Date & Time, Calendar Views, Other Settings) to expand the options under it and adjust the look, feel, and other settings for the embedded calendar. More details below.
- Click the blue Embed button when you’re done adjusting options.
- Click Copy iFrame code or Copy URL.
- Click Done to close the copying options.

Embed Wizard options
Appearance
- Calendar size: Set the calendar size by percentage (flexible) or pixels (fixed).
- Header: Show or hide the entire calendar header. Or control individual elements of the header:
- Title: Show or hide the calendar title, or enter a customized title for the embedded calendar.
- Logo: Show or hide the logo in the header.
- Search: Show or hide the search icon in the header.
- Profile & Info: Show or hide the user avatar in the header.
- View selector: Show or hide the selector for enabled calendar views.
- Menu: Show or hide the blue calendar preferences menu.
- Sidebar: Enable or disable the sidebar (control panel). If enabled, choose whether the sidebar is open or closed.
- Date controls: Show or hide the date controls which allow users to change the visible date range.
- Date range: Show or hide the displayed date range.
- Border: Remove or customize the border.
Date & Time
- Timezone: Use the calendar’s default time zone or set a different time zone for the embedded calendar.
- Week starts on: Use the calendar’s default setting or select a different week start day for the embedded calendar.
- Start date: Use the calendar’s default start date, the current date, or set a custom start date for the embedded calendar.
Calendar Views
- Default view: Use the calendar’s default view or select a different default view for the embedded calendar.
- View header: Show or hide the view header for all calendar views that have specific options.
- Agenda view: Show or hide details by default in Agenda and List views.
- List view grouping: Use the calendar’s default setting or a different grouping default for List view in the embedded calendar.
- Tiles view grouping: Use the calendar’s default setting or a different grouping default for Tiles view in the embedded calendar.
Other Settings
- Language: Use the calendar’s default language or set a different default language for the embedded calendar.
- Event display: Use the calendar’s default setting for events assigned to multiple calendars or select a different setting for the embedded calendar.
