If you have any schedule of public events that you’d like to share with your community or the larger world, creating a Teamup calendar to publish the events and embedding that calendar into a website may be a simple and effective option. To do so, follow these simple steps:
- Create a new calendar or open an existing calendar with the administrator access
- Go to Settings > Sharing and copy the Reader link.
- Optionally, go to teamup.com/embed and paste in the link to customize the look and feel of your calendar. The preview shows what you can expect to see with your selected configurations.
- Copy the URL or iFrame code, and embed it into your website.
Now you are ready to populate the calendar with events. All event info will be automatically get updated on your website in real-time whenever the calendar is updated.
If you want to embed only some sub-calendars of your master calendar into the public website, in step 2 you may create a sharable link to share only selected sub-calendars with the Read-only permission.
