Cancel Subscription and Remove Calendar from Dashboard

When you no longer need access to a particular calendar, you can remove it from your dashboard. However, removing a calendar from your dashboard is not the same as canceling a calendar’s subscription or deleting an entire calendar. If a calendar has an active subscription, the subscription will not be canceled by removing the calendar from your dashboard. First, cancel the subscription. Then, remove the calendar from your dashboard.

Cancel a calendar’s subscription

To cancel a calendar’s subscription, access the calendar’s settings (on a browser). In the Subscription section, you can cancel the subscription and remove payment details.

1. Open Teamup in a browser. Make sure you have the right calendar open.
   The subscription for each calendar can only be managed in that calendar’s settings by the administrator.
2. Click the blue menu.
3. Click Settings.
4. Select Subscription from the left sidebar.
5. Click Cancel Subscription to confirm.
6. Confirm subscription cancelation.

Remove calendar from dashboard

Your user dashboard contains all the calendars you created or were added to as a user. When you no longer want a particular calendar on your dashboard, you can remove it.

If you are a calendar administrator and wish to cancel a calendar’s subscription and remove it from your dashboard, first follow the steps above to cancel the subscription.

Then proceed with removing the calendar from your dashboard:

1. Open Teamup in a browser. Make sure you are logged in.
2. Click your avatar, then click Dashboard.
3. Hover over the calendar tile you want to remove.
4. Click Remove.
5. When prompted, enter your user account password.
6. On the next screen, click Remove to confirm your choice.
7. The calendar will be removed from your dashboard.
