How to Display Calendar Name in Event Title

Most users enjoy seeing color-coded events on Teamup. However, when there are too many colors on the display, it may be difficult to visually associate events with calendars just by the color of the event. Sometimes it’s just easier to see the calendar name right in the event title instead of trying to match the color with a name in the calendar list.

The solution: Teamup allows you to display the sub-calendar name right in the title automatically. Here’s how to set it up:

  1. Go to Settings > Event Fields
  2. Click the edit icon to the right of the Calendars field
  3. Next, check Yes to show it in event title, and save.

Now your calendar name will be appended to all your event titles automatically in ( ). If you do not enter any event title, only the sub-calendar name will be displayed. Here’s an example:

This can be helpful also for color-blined users who rely on textual information.
