Calendar users can set up an iCalendar feed to share to another calendar program, with the option to set up an iCal feed for each individual sub-calendar or all sub-calendars combined.
In some cases, you may want to include multiple sub-calendars from your calendar in a feed, but not all of them. You can use a read-only link to create a customized iCalendar feed with selected sub-calendars combined into one feed. Here’s how.
Create a custom read-only link
Only calendar administrators can create shareable calendar links as used here. If you are a calendar administrator, continue with the steps below. If you are not, ask your administrator to set up a custom read-only link which includes the selected sub-calendars you need for the iCal feed, then get the iCalendar feed URL from that link.
- Open Teamup in a browser.
- Go to Settings > Sharing > Add User > Link.
- Click Add.
- Label the link accordingly (e.g., ‘Selected Sub-calendars for iCalendar Feed’ or whatever is appropriate).
- Click Selected Sub-calendars from the drop-down box.
- Select the Read-only permission for the calendars you want to include in the feed, and leave the other sub-calendars Not Shared.

- Save and copy the link you just made, then open it in a new browser tab.
Get the combined iCalendar feed
- In the link you just opened, go to Preferences > iCalendar Feeds:
- Copy the iCalendar feed URL for All Calendars.
- Use this iCalendar feed URL to subscribe and sync the selected sub-calendars to Google Calendar, Outlook or another calendar program.
