This guide shows you how to configure Okta SCIM integration with Teamup. See also our Okta SSO OIDC integration guide to get login working first.

Supported features
User, group, and group membership synchronization are available from Okta to Teamup.
- Push New Users
- Push Profile Updates (display name, locale and timezone are supported)
- Push User Deactivation / Reactivation
- Push Groups and Members
Requirements
The only requirement on the Teamup side is to have at least one calendar with an Enterprise plan.
Configuration of provisioning via SCIM
Create a SCIM secret on Teamup
Open the Trusted Domains page and edit the domain you want to configure.
Press on “+ Add SCIM Secret” to ensure a secret exists.
Make sure you select one of your organizations to be linked to the domain, as otherwise the provisioning of groups is not possible.
Save the form to finalize the secret generation. Copy the secret for later use.
Configure the application on Okta
In the “Provisioning” tab of the Teamup Calendar application, press “Configure API Integration” then “Enable API integration” and enter the SCIM secret that you generated earlier on the Teamup page in there as API token. Save and see if the API token validates.
On the “Provisioning to App“, edit settings and enable the features you are interested in. We recommend enabling all of them.
You should now be able to assign users and groups to the application and have them provisioned on Teamup.
Troubleshooting Tips
The email configured for users assigned to the Teamup app must be using your Trusted Domain(s) configured on Teamup. For example if you configured and validated the domain example.com, you may only provision users that have an email ending in @example.com.
