When a Teamup Calendar works well for one team or project, a similar setup can work well for another team or project. Here’s how to duplicate an entire Teamup master calendar.
The calendar duplication feature
The calendar duplication feature allows you to “copy” the basic structure of an entire Teamup Calendar: the sub-calendar structure and basic configuration. Then you can adapt the duplicated calendar for your own use. Duplicating a calendar that’s already set up makes getting started with Teamup event faster and easier.
How to duplicate a Teamup Calendar
There are two ways to duplicate a calendar setup for a new calendar. To ensure data protection, note that events and sharing settings will not be duplicated.

The Template link must fulfill the following conditions:
- The link name must be Template.
- It link must have Read-only permission assigned to all sub-calendars.

- Copy the Template link to use it or share it with others.
Using a Template link
You must be logged into your Teamup user account to use a Template calendar link. If you’re not logged in when you paste the Template link into a browser, you’ll be prompted to do so.
The duplicated calendar(s) will be automatically added to your user dashboard.
Duplicate a calendar from a Template link
- Append /copy to the Template link then paste into a new browser tab or window.
- The original calendar will be copied with the original calendar title and with all sub-calendars and all basic configuration.
