We here at Teamup understand that how you view information– that is, the way it is presented for use– is important to productivity and effective resource management. That is why we’ve created several flexible calendar view options. One particular view– the Two-Week view— can be a good starting place if you are new to Teamup Calendar. But this view isn’t just for new users, as anyone looking to balance screen space with the scope of information displayed may benefit from adopting this calendar view configuration.
The Two Week Calendar View
.All calendar views are enabled through the Settings menu, under the Calendar View tab. In the screenshot below, all 15 events on this particular day are displayed and color coded.
Compare this to the standard Four Week/ Month view calendar (see below). The same daily window size displays only 4 events, but indicates that there are 11 more that can be accessed.
All calendar views are enabled through the Settings menu, under the Calendar View tab. If the default views provided at the top right-hand side of the main calendar view screen do not provide the right balance of space and scope in the Events view, try out the Two Week calendar view. Depending on the screen size of your computer, it may even be possible to see all events for each day using the Two Week View.
